Message Frequency & Types

You may receive up to 10 messages per month including:

• Maintenance or appointment reminders

• Fleet management alerts

• Promotional messages

• Service updates and scheduling notifications

Opt-In Methods

You may opt in by:

• Submitting your contact info on our website

• Texting a keyword or filling out a form

• Providing information directly to a TTE Fleet team member

Opt-Out Methods

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS

• Clicking Unsubscribe in any email

• Contacting eric.graef@ttefleet.com

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and authorized contact information

• Only subscribe numbers or emails you are authorized to use

• Avoid misuse of our communication systems

Charges & Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier. TTE Fleet is not responsible for these charges.

Availability

We are not liable for message delivery delays or failures due to mobile carrier issues, internet connectivity, or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The current version will always be posted at https://ttefleet.com

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in Missouri courts.
